Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. But please note that an unedited and continuous unboxing video is mandatory to validate the claim of damage/defect. Please ensure the defect or damage is clearly visible in the video.

 

Return/ Refund is applicable only in the following cases:

  • If you receive a defective product and that product could not be replaced by us
  • If you receive the wrong product

Providing an unboxing video of the product showing the damage or defect is mandatory.

An order is eligible for return within 3 business days from the date of delivery.

 

Returns are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Fabric or saree itself is not satisfactory
  • Slight variation in colour
  • Delay in delivery

Customer must raise a return request by sending an email to contact@therainbowstore.in or WhatsApp at +91 8019454596 with the order details, return reason and unboxing video.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
