  • Damaged or Defective Item
    • If your order arrives damaged or defective and the same item is not available with us, you may request a cancellation.
    • Please note: An unedited and continuous unboxing video is mandatory to validate the claim of damage/defect.
  • Store-Initiated Cancellations - The Rainbow Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Incorrect or incomplete information (such as name, address, or contact number)
    • Any unforeseen circumstances that prevent fulfillment
  • Refund Timeline
    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
